BMFA COVID-19 REGULATIONS UPDATE – 06/03/2021
In order for the club to re-open upon relaxation of the current regulations we will need to adhere to the current BMFA guidance.
At our outdoor site we have very little in the way of shared surfaces or equipment with plenty of outdoor space for members to retain a safe distance from one another, as such our usual club activities are perceivably quite low risk providing we follow the general government guidance.
This may be looked at on an ongoing basis but with our current number of members there shouldn’t be any need to restrict capacity as long as common sense is observed.
We have implemented a track & trace system in order to comply with these guidelines, the data will be kept on a private internal database and automatically deleted after 21 days.
Please let us know when you plan to visit the outdoor site and especially when attending the indoor meetings once they resume, it’s a simple process.
