We will not be holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) this year due to our usual venue’s social distancing restrictions. We will however, be holding two meetings for renewals at the outdoor site at Centre Road.
The dates will be Sunday 6th December from 12.30-3.00pm and Sunday 20th December from 12.30-3.00pm.
This will be your opportunity to voice any matters you may have regarding the club with the Committee or just to renew your membership for 2021. Please also ensure that you continue to social distance when at the site and masks must be worn whilst you are renewing.
Club updates:
As the Corporation of London are now communicating with us, and are pointing anyone flying planes or drones to our club, we (the committee) are in discussions to relax the “1 year” rule to enable new members to fly multi-rotors under the same rules as fixed-wing but pass an “A” test in multi-rotor before being allowed to fly solo.
Helicopters will still be 2 years of continued membership. I will post an update on this with a 2021 update later on in the year.
